Serge J. Volnick
Serge is one of the co-founders of Redink Tattoo Removal. He is a certified AW3 laser technician. He is also the co-founder of Redink Tattoo Studio and is licensed by the Department of Consumer affairs. Serge is a graduated with a B.A in Journalism and a minor in communication. He holds a license in Real Estate and finance.
